Summary:

In the wake of the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks, more than 1 million pages of historical documents have been yanked from public view under a federal "records of concern" program, according to the Associated Press, which reviewed partially redacted monthly progress reports on the program. The reports, obtained under FOIA, show that one-third of the records that were formerly public include maps, blueprints and photos of government facilities.
